But then again I have never been able to build up much muscle at all. Wonder if we have other similarities: I can... How do you describe this... Waggle my tongue back and forth very fast - so fast that it is quite audible when It strikes the sides of my mouth. While I can do that, there are things I find harder to do, and had a pretty bad speech impediment as a child. I still have some trouble with "l"'s and "r"'s. Something to do with my tongue muscles being "off". And, of course, there is the anxiety disorder... Had that since I was a small child. I am 34 now. I looked at some of your old posts - you say that SSRI's do not help you... Paxil did help me some, but left me with side effects. I am now trying Lexapro... Hoping that does better. I also take lorazapam as needed - very small doses, usually 1/2 of a .5 mg tablet (ever try breaking one of those tiny things apart!). That sometimes works... Sometimes just makes me feel drugged. I do jump up to a full .5 mg if the 1/2 is not working. Oh, and I do all sorts of more "natural" things... If you can call processed herbs natural. I have a site, listed below, that describes a lot of what I have gone through. Snit ---- Snit's Anxiety Suggestions: http://myweb.cableone.net/snit/anxiety
